Chris is a Limited Licensed Psychologist (LLP) and postdoctoral fellow at Sunfield Center. Chris completed his Ph.D. in Clinical Child Psychology at West Virginia University (WVU), where he received his M.S. in Psychology. Before joining Sunfield, Chris received specialized training in neuropsychological and neurodevelopmental assessment as a Master’s Level Psychologist at the Neuropsychology Group of West Virginia and WVU Medicine’s Neurodevelopmental Center.
Chris believes in the power of providing families and youth with comprehensive psychological assessments to use when advocating for services, coordinating follow-up care, planning psychosocial treatment, and identifying personal strengths and areas of growth. His professional ambitions center around improving the lives of individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, including those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). He also enjoys treating those with anxiety concerns, such as separation anxiety and obsessive-compulsive and related disorders. Chris believes in the importance of providing services to historically underserved communities, including gender-diverse youth and LGBTQ+ identifying individuals. In his free time, Chris enjoys indoor cycling, traveling with his fiancé, and relaxing with his puppies (Mika and Ophelia).
