About this Workshop
In this training we will review important elements to include when creating an initial consultation note. Through a combination of video instruction and hands-on exercises participants will learn to gather patient information, document subjective and objective data, develop a case conceptualization and formulate recommendations. The training emphasizes accurate communication, critical thinking, and ethical documentation practices, equipping participants with the skills to enhance patient care and inter-professional collaboration.
