About this Workshop
In this training we will review important elements to include when creating comprehensive patient notes following the SOAP format. Through a combination of video instruction and hands-on exercises participants will learn to gather patient information, document subjective and objective data, assess conditions, and formulate a plan. The training emphasizes accurate communication, critical thinking, and ethical documentation practices, equipping participants with the skills to enhance patient care and inter-professional collaboration.
